Employees make no effort to engage--one followed me around and when I stopped to look at something she whipped out a calculator and showed the discounted price with tax. While this in itself was helpful, there was no greeting, no smile, no words spoken. She just pushed the calculator under my nose and pointed at the numbers. Honestly I don't mind because I know a good deal when I see one but if you looking for a pleasant, happy experience, this is not it. This is very automated and efficient...very unlike the store on Vineland.

Eric helped my wife and two little girls (2 yo and 8 month old). He was super nice, let my wife know where all the good stuff was and wasn’t afraid to give his opinion on what were the more quality goods. Kipling was towards the end of our long day at the outlets and both my daughters started to have a meltdown in the store... Eric gave them both a Kipling monkey and was just a great human being. 2 days later and they carried those monkeys thru both SeaWorld and Disney, lol. Great customer service, thanks for your kindness Eric!!!!

The service is awful. Even when is not crowded, they will only interact with you if you are ready to pay or to be rude to you - I got “called out” once because I was carrying around the display item (no one helped me get the item, what was I supposed to do?). And the other time, since I saw they would get the items from the drawer, that’s what I did. So I got called out for opening the drawers. What?! Plus, they assume and speak with you in Spanish - a language I don’t speak, even though I am foreigner, we are not all the same! Anyways, discount wise, the very small or very large items usually have the best ones (necessaries or luggage). Mid range backpacks and purses usually have moderate discounts that you can get in regular stores. The sale items at the back are good but you gotta hope for a style you like. I had much better service in other outlet stores, like in New Jersey.
