We took our daughter here to get her ears pierced for the very first 1/29 the young lady was very polite to my daughter she definitely knew how to calm her down and not have her so nervous.

0 start , The girls working there were too busy talking to eachother and not paying attention and not really working or trying help me kept having to ask them an interrup there social time , they ended up charging me for something i did not want to buy, an i did mention as soon as the product was shown to me , so unprofessional lack of paying good attention to the customer overall bad experience. i now have to go back to that location to return it .
