I would've given this joke of a "rehab" 1 star but Robert from maintenance is IMPECCABLE and NEEDS TO BE COMMENDED!! I have pins in my shin and I'm in SOO MUCH PAIN and the AC has been BROKEN in my room and before I got here, my roommate had apparently complained about this matter to no avail and she saw Robert yesterday and NO ONE HAD MADE HIM ADARE 🤬🥺🤦♀️ so AS SOON as she brought this to his attention he replaced the ENTIRE UNIT and it's FINALLY nice and cool in this room! ❤️ I had a horrible day yesterday as I had a Dr. Appointment and this facility sent me with a BROKEN wheelchair which pieces, INCLUDING THE LEG REST on the leg WITH PINS, fell apart @ the Dr.s and I DOO WASN'T looking forward to returning to a hot room!! However, THANKS TO ROBERT, that didn't happen and I am BEYOND GRATEFUL!! Again, TYSM Robert 😊 🙏 ~Tara Gildea

This has been an amazing place to work. As the new CEO of the center, I was welcomed and everyone embraced change and the direction that I would like to move the center in. There is an awesome nursing team and leadership team that have the same values that I do and that is putting the resident's care needs ahead of all others.

I learn something new to enhance my skills with patients, family and profession every single day. I’m excited to wake up for work every day and help the community. Some times the staff is giving out medications, which can t as me hours, in between shifts their are meetings on treatments and care for the residents and the lower staff rarely has time to get a coffee or a break. I worked 11 hours yesterday non stop.
Do you know what hospital he was in? Can you name him? If you're not sure it was in our center, can you remove your one-star review?
We are very sorry to hear this. 727-546-4661 is the main phone number. We had an issue with our phone lines this past weekend and are working to resolve the issue.
