Mama Bear

This place is one of the worst places in the world ,unorganized and definitely don't take care of their residents or their patients there contaminated with "bedbugs"! They are practically starving the residents there and now I think they are thieves❗ I would not recommend this place especially if your family member has dementia or where they can't remember things because these people will take advantage of it they're quick to take the money but they ain't quick to help people here , these people are all about the money not about the care of the people. I wouldn't recommend a cockroach to live here! I just read some reviews I wanted to add that these people are thieves a lot of people are saying they're not getting their families belongings back they're stealing their clothes and stuff probably because of the bedbugs are so bad in this place and they got thieves amongst the staff❗

They take great care of my mom. We were very reluctant to the decision in the beginning, but through time they have showed us they have a great and caring staff. Mom is always cleaned and looks good when I see her. She's happy there and says the people treat her very well.

The nurses are nice, but the social services are neglectful. My grandmother had an operation, they lost her glasses. It’s been over 3 months, over a month since she’s seen the ophthalmologist. They wanted her or someone to pay $60 for her glasses even though she’s covered through Medicare and Medicaid. They said it was going to be another 5-7 days, it’s been 10 days, and she still is waiting for her glasses. They serve frozen food and microwave it. This place is like a detention center.

My mom has been here for post-surgery rehabilitation for about a week now. So far so good. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, friendliness of the staff and how all of the patients/residents always seem to be smiling. I was also very happy to see that there are 3 wings and they try to keep the long-term residents together and those who are there for shorter stays together. The nurses and staff are super attentive. Thanks to their team for taking such good care of mom!
