I chose Glen because of the great reviews. He responded quickly to my request and was able to quickly work on my laptop. I had a Windows 10 operating system that needed to be reset/reinstalled on my laptop, along with data recovery and computer setup after the Windows reset. I dropped my laptop off at 11:00 am and I got an “all finished” email around 8 pm that night. I feel like a weight has been lifted from me. I am so relieved. Glen recovered all data and fully set up my computer. When he was working on my computer, I made a list of the things I had to do to my computer after the Windows reset to get it back to normal. I was pleasantly surprised: when I got it back, all I had to do was connect to my WiFi, add my printer, and download several programs that I needed to download after signing into my accounts on the program websites. It was so easy. Glen would have installed these programs for me, but I would have had to give him access to my accounts. It was easier for me to reinstall these programs after getting my computer back. I think his fees are very reasonable. I had a Dell Software Technical Support contract that expired yesterday. After finding Glen, I have no need to renew it. Had I known there was such a great local expert, I could have saved a lot of money over the years.

He is a computer God and I am so thankful that I had reached out to him. He literally has great reviews for a reason. Honestly it's all 5 stars besides the one 1 star. I messed up my audio drive and I messaged him for a quote on recovering it. He said he wasn't currently taking those kinds of projects but he sent me a link to reinstall and gave me clear directions and I followed it. I was able to fix it at NO CHARGE!!! He could've had me make an appointment to get it checked out and then I could've gotten charged for that but nope! I am so happy because I've only had my laptop for 2 years and it's still in awesome condition. I was planning on reselling my laptop so it would've made me broken if I couldn't fix the audio. I have a Lenovo Yoga c930. I am totally going to be back for any future computer/laptop problems!

Highly Recommend Alaska Computer Guy My old computer had died. I was not only in need of data retrieval but also guidance in terms of whether to resurrect the actual computer. Glen responded to my frantic call and within minutes, his exceptional knowledge base, skills and honesty came shining through. We developed a plan to focus on saving the data. I almost gave up the plan when I could not find an external drive and Glen quickly responded, assuring me that he had external drives, including type and price. Just as important, his guidance in terms of whether I should try to save the computer or not, helped me to feel confident and reassured about my decision. The next day, I dropped the computer off and within hours Glen reported back that data recovery went well and an update on how sick my hard drive actually was. Even with that, he was able to retrieve it all. . .desktop, documents, photos, and music! I could hardly believe how reasonable his fees were, especially after receiving multiple estimates from other places. Fast, efficient, and friendly. A few months ago Glen replaced my power supply for me in an afternoon. His pricing was extremely fair and I felt like I was getting the better end of the deal. I gave Glen a call today after I was having some issues with my PC. He offered, for me to bring it over, to take a look. In the mean time he gave me a quick pointer and I was able to quickly fix it myself. This guy is awesome!

Unfortunately that's not something that I could help you with. Please check with the folks at High Frequency Wireless and see if they can help, or if they cannot, as a last resort you may check with Frigid North. I hope that one of them are able to help you.
