Terrible experience at the Kingston PA location. The order was wrong, the fries tasted terrible. They left a bitter taste in your mouth. The woman manager was not phased by the issues. If they are understaffed they should close.

Service was terrible. Me and my daughter ordered from the self-ordering kiosk, it didn't give us a receipt. We waited for our order. The manager on duty told us we to bring our receipt to the counter to be served. The kiosk never gave us one to start with. We received our order. The tray felt sticky on the bottom. It made me feel like they didn't even properly clean the tray.

Hello everyone, Well, as far as "fast food" places go, BK tastes the best to me. Then Wendy's and the the other place. But I'd eat my wife's cooking before I go to the last place. Either way, The juiciest, tastiest burgers come from BK !! And the nuggest and fries are just as good !! We don't eat alot of fast food, but when we do, we occasionally go to BK. You'll enjoy it as well if you're in a pinch. Otherwise, just find a nice restaurant and pay a few dollars more for the opportunity to actually sit down with your friends or family and have some good food.

Bought dinner food was cold and fries was also cold and less than 3/4 of the amount I tried to call to complain about the food the nunmer went straight to a fax machine I went back the next day and explained to the manager what happened the night before and showed her my phone record of the number that i called she said " its google has the wrong number for us we can't do anything about it after I said aren't you going to compensate me for the food she said all we can replace is the fries not even an apology. SHAME ON YOU.
