took my two pups in for a shampoo and nail trim...busy little place, but very efficient; seems very good with the various pets that they service and good customer service skills by the staff - they seem to care...will continue to take my pups there...nicely done

We were lied to by a staff employee. We bought a bag of dog food and were told that we could return it if the dog did not like it. We were not told of any restrictions on that. Our dog did not take to the food for 2 weeks but we continued to try, then we went on vacation for 2 weeks and our dog ate well on the dog sitters food. We tried to turn the dog food back in for either a refund or store credit and told we were 4 days beyond their 30 day policy, and they would not refund or store credit it. We even talked to the manager and he did nothing. So I went to Pet Supermarket in Titusville and had a wonderful experience. I will never shop at or recommend Petco to anyone. We own a Great Dane, so Pet Supermarket will be making lots of money from us.

Had my puppy groomed today they missed spots and didn't even trim his head or ears up he looked like a tiger shaved but with his mane I took him right back in asked to have him finished up right they said bring him back later and I pain 84 dollars I'm very disappointed 😞

I love the groomers here. No matter which groomer we get they always do such a good job with our dog Sheamus. As you can see from our before and after pictures the haircut is great and we love the little extra touches like the bow tie they made him and the little bag of goodies he brought home. Would definitely recommend bringing your dog in for some pampering.

Petco offers dog training classes and packages but the only free dog training are their seminars, like their puppy playtime for puppies 2-6 months to socialize every Saturday and Sunday 1-1:30
No but there is a fish and aquarium store on US1 that probably would take them it's down near Titusville high school.

Not always but its recomended that you call in advance to make sure we reserve a time slot for your needs.
