I had the worst tooth ache in the middle of the night on the Saturday of the 4th of July weekend. I was in agony and prescription strength ibuprofen wasn’t helping at all. The emergency walk in Dentist on West Kennedy Blvd in Tampa opened at 7 am. I was on the phone with them at 7:01. I had an appointment for 2pm that day. I was in agony and also tense about what this would cost. Not to mention I was dreading seeing the dentist at all. I truly hate going to the dentist. I waited quite a while because they had a lot of call outs that day, but when I was finally seen the doctor and his assistants made it well worth the wait. First of all, they did only what needed doing. They didn’t try to pressure me or up- sell me. They took an x ray of the tooth that hurt ( a cavity in the nerve!) , showed me the x ray, explained my options, presented me with the prices for the various options and accepted my decision to have the tooth pulled rather than to get a root canal and a crown which was way out of our budget. To have the tooth extracted, get the x ray and have nitrous oxide for the extraction was a total of 475.00. much less than I feared it would be on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. The doctor, Mark Holmes, was WONDERFUL. His bedside manner was fantastic. He was personable, approachable, patient and easily understood. He was very clear with his description of what he was going to do and why. He was compassionate and empathetic. His assistants were equally agreeable and helpful and caring. Dr. Holmes was great with the extraction. He made sure I was totally numb and didn’t have any pain at all. I truly didn’t even know he had removed the tooth until he told me he was done. He was, by far, the best dentist I have ever had. I have also not had to take a single pain killer after the procedure. Dr. Holmes was filling in on his day off for a sick colleague, but despite being at work on what would have been his day off, on a holiday weekend, he was all smiles and positivity. I can’t say enough about how agreeable an experience this was. I highly recommend this dentist. Not only is the staff wonderful, but the office itself was clean and and neat and reassuring. I should also mention, I generally hate the dentist. I would rather crawl across broken glass than go to the dentist normally. I have a follow up to have the stitches removed this Saturday and I don’t dread it at all. I’m not even nervous.

I will preface this review by saying that I had a lot of bad experiences with dentists early in life and always have massive anxiety about dental office visits. That said, this place is amazing. Dr Khan and her staff are top notch, and have great chair-side manner. They extracted a bad wisdom tooth that was probably 20yrs overdue for removal. During this process the team was very aware of my experience during the procedure. As bad as the tooth was overall, this was the first time I've ever had a tooth pulled and barely even felt it in the moment. They made certain I was plenty numb, and were immediately responsive when I said I was still feeling pain, stopped, and added more numbing agent. They have been wonderful about follow-up visits as well. Having no dental insurance, I had to pay cash before the procedure, and in my general experience this means you will be written off afterwards... But I've had exactly the opposite of this expectation play out. This is my favorite dentist office ever. Even if I move out of state, I may come back here for any future work. They're that good.

I had to have an emergency tooth extraction on a Saturday and came here because my go-to dentist office was closed. My biggest issue with this location is the lack of regard for the parient’s time. Even with an appointment, you could wait for 60-90 minutes. I arrived for a scheduled follow-up appointment and I was on time. The gentleman in front of me was late for his appointment. The receptionist made it clear to him that being 25 minutes late was unacceptable because other patients had appointments so he had to reschedule him. Meanwhile, I’m 45-minutes into waiting to be seen for my scheduled time that I was punctual for. I had to check in multiple times for updates on when I would be seen abs received either vague or inaccurate estimates. Thankfully, visiting this dentist is an isolated incident for me. However, each guest deserves the respect of their time being valued and respected.

I am not sure if the price changes for a wisdom, but I paid about two hundred for the extraction of a tooth.
I know all of those services are provided & they're the best in Tampa I do not know if they accept Medicaid. Give them a call
They can do the root canal & temp in 1 visit. They take all major insurance
Yes Just fill out the papers wait your turn(I know that's not easy in major pain) and go on back they go above and beyond to make you comfortable
Dont know...i had mine recemented is all.
I'm not sure but just give them a call, they are very friendly and well staffed. I did not have insurance and they were the most affordable of the 3 dentist offices I visited.
I spent $400, but i'm sure there are varying factors. I needed the nitrous oxide and that was in my cost.
I went there once during the holidays for a dental emergency. I was amazed they were open and even more amazed at how polite, professional, competent and helpful they were. If cleaning can actually be done while your husband sits in a wheelchair, then I'd venture to say they'd be inclined to work with you as best they can. All this being said, call them directly and ask.
No. They accept no insurance at all
It cost me $575 for 2 extraction.
Sorry I'm not sure but the staff is real friendly and helpful call and they should be able to tell you
They accept Hillsborough County Health Insurance, on a referral basis.
yes they do.
Highly recommend them! Give them a call, they will answer all of your questions.
