Do NOT use Enterprise when you are from Europe (or Americas). When arriving there for our Alaska holiday, what we saved for a long time, Enterprise changed the terms and conditions, they wouldn't let us drive into Canada or on a ferry. Their T&C's proved otherwise, but the "manager" didn't care. We had to change our itinerary (in a hotel nearby, they wouldn't let us use their phone or wifi) and make extra cost of over USD 750,- for cancellation, flight tickets and extra hotels. I am considering legal steps. During the rental period, called them - no answer. Mailed them to confirm something - no answer. They take your money and as soon they have it, you're on your own. Very disappointing experience. Ca was extremely dirty inside. Be warned and spend your hard-earned money elsewhere. OMT: the standard reaction with less positive reviews 'where they want to learn more" doesn't mean anything. They're not interested in you.

Do not go to enterprise rental on 5th ave!!!!!!!! They will rip you off…….One the first day of receiving the rental car for my mom the agent was friendly and help finding the vehicle she need and works with the insurance rate that they pay. I was advised to have my mom call to extend the rental as needed. But my mom forgot to call on the second week they told her that the card is on file so there was one more week that the insurance would pay on the car and any other days after will be back at the original cost for the vehicle. The shocking thing is that they sent it to their collection and recovery agent then raised the price of the car. Did 200. To 300 payments from my mother account to try and get the full amount they said she owned them. Found out from the insurance company that they over charged my mother and the insurance gave them the amount they were supposed to be paid out to them. So to get the rest of the money they said there were damage on the car. I drove behind my mom to drop the car off and there were no damage to the vehicle. I have a copy of the paperwork they sent her requesting payment of 325.00. Will give the paperwork to an attorney this week to investigate this issue.

My recent experience at the 5th Ave Enterprise made me remember how good customer service can make your day go just a little better. Frankly, the only times I have been at the 5th Ave Enterprise is when I am having a bad day because my car is in the shop. But they always seem to have the best rates, and this time I especially noticed the employees were courteous accommodating and as efficient as possible. One assistant manager, Aaron Harris, stood out. I did not realized I had left important bags in the trunk of the returned car until after hours. Aaron called me to say he found the bags, and was happy to deliver them to me within the hour at my office in Eagle River. It has been a long time since I have enjoyed that level of customer service. Thank you, Aaron Harris!

Chaz Limited said my truck would be finished in 10 days. My accident was on the 4th of July. Chaz limited gave my truck back on September 16th. The truck was still not fixed. Still not detailed. Had 500 extra miles on it, with an empty gas tank. My insurance stopped paying on my rental car because Chaz Limited took SO F-ING LONG!!! Chaz blamed everyone else but them selves, they took ZERO responsibility! The "vice president, cece" has no integrity, she's on a power trip and a LIAR!!! (She did however manage to express her hatred and disbelief in God. SCREAMING, I don't believe in Jesus!"). After the branch manager of Enterprise Car Rental on 5th Ave. Anchorage got involved, she heard the details. Gaby got on the phone with my insurance to HELP! NOT TO BE NASTY, BUT TO HELP! She was greeted with unprofessional rude behavior. Gaby with Enterprise told me that she was treated poorly and didn't want me to experience any more grief! She told me that the money owed to Enterprise due to Chaz Limited, taking so long thus driving up my rental car fee. This fee was FORGIVEN!!! I have already spoke with MANY people who have agreed to use Enterprise Car Rental due to how kind I was treated!!! They went above and beyond. Simply putting themselves in my shoes. Thanks again Enterprise Car Rental on 5th Avenue Anchorage Alaska!!!!

While Enterprise does provide rides to the TED airport, they aren't always the most timely. You should plan for extra time, set up the ride in advance, or prepare to take a taxi.

Enterprise will help and you can drive where ever you like but you are responsible for damages
If you car its insured within the US. Your insurance follows you. Ask the teller.
