The place is not much to look at, as it is in a really rough part of the city. They have active construction in the dining room. Ordering is done via touchscreen kiosks. However they are quick to put together an order, and the staff is very friendly.

If I could rank 0 stars, I would. This location is TERRIBLE! I’ve visited about a dozens of times, and have only had one standard McDonalds experience. The drive through wait is astonishing, plan on 15 minutes minimum, and then you’ll likely discover your food is cold and stale. This visit they greeted me at the drive through and just left me waiting for over 10 minutes. Never returned. Drove to the window and was ignored. Finally placed an order online, which I started at home before driving to the location, and still nothing. Completely unacceptable. Like another reviewer said, might as well go to Burger King down the street or hit up a convenience store. This location is not open 24 hours as advertises.

Waiting in the drive through for over 20 minutes just to get to the speaker and be told it's deliveries only and I couldn't order food. This makes zero sense I have money, they are open and yet I'm not allowed to order food. I tried to get clarification and was ignored. Just go to Taco Bell next door and forget this McDonald's

They are friendly in the dive thru but the wait here is always horrible and the manager sends to have no sense of urgency... don't go inside because customers always seem irate and the workers match that energy. Go two more blocks and just go to burger King if there is any kind of wait because they don't handle more than two or three customers at a time.

It's not that easy. Just because they are slow doesn't mean they don't want to work. You never know what's going on behind the scenes.
Before the pandemic certain Breakfast items were available at every Mcdonald's that I visited. However, for months now every Mcdonald's I have been to with the exception of 2 locations( one in Pasadena, Md and one in Glen Burnie, Md that btw have the same private owner) are "NOT" serving ALL DAY BREAKFAST anymore. None of the stores I have been to offered a explanation as to why they stopped serving the All Day BFast nor gave a timeline of when they would start it back up again if ever!
I put it like this, every manager has a manager, keep going until you are satisfied, I know that it can be a hard job but you are the reason they have a job, if a manager feels like his or her day is going bad they need to take a 5 minute break and regroup there self. So please make em calls so they can do a better job at serviceing all customers. Good luck.
Jessica Payne one do you work there probably not 2 was you there when I place my order no you was not so yea it did take a hour and I did say something to them and all they said we have a a lot of order and they slow when I got there and also they been telling the customers they have to place there order at the kiosk machine and food was cool to use to work for McDonald's for over 18 years do i know how they work there they don't pay attention what they doing at all and also there a sink next to the fry station that a guineas washing his hands and that should not be there because that is a health hazard the sink should not be next to a food station at all because ppl hair can just easy to fall out in to the fire station so how about I just call the Health Department on them do that the food is cold and do that the sink is next to the fire station
