I put it like this, every manager has a manager, keep going until you are satisfied, I know that it can be a hard job but you are the reason they have a job, if a manager feels like his or her day is going bad they need to take a 5 minute break and regroup there self. So please make em calls so they can do a better job at serviceing all customers. Good luck.

Call corporate sometimes they have a number to let McDonald know how that franchise is doing
Call information snd ask for that McDonald's number ask them for the managers name make your complaint then ask for the regional manager number or go online and look them up and make your complaint
