First time at a shooting range and was apprehensive, kinda like being a tourist in a new culture. Perfect timing on our part, lead to a long line in registration. All dudes, in packs, from two to four collections. Some of the nicest and friendliest guys that I have ever met. Every single encounter with any staff member at IRRC shooting range was welcoming, knowable, and engaging. Being a rookie at IRC shooting range, felt like not being a rookie at a shooting range. Highly recommend

Best place for shooting on the space coast. 14.00 dollars and shoot all day. Has range officers so you can be assured that every can shoot safely.

Really nice range. Especially for beginners. Really safety oriented. Range officers are always helpful and polite.

An employee named Julian was extremely rude to my 16 year-old son and I on our very first visit there. My wife couldn’t participate because she wasn’t wearing the proper attire so she waited outside of the range. This man then asked another employee if my son and I spoke English (my son is mixed race). When I confronted him about this, he accused me of trying to sneak her in. Having only bought 2 range passes, I clearly was not. I explained that she was merely escorting us to the entrance then waiting in the car. Julian then mocked me to other employees saying, “ Did you hear that? These 2 need an escort.” This man does not deserve to have a job anywhere and the fact that he has not been fired after I notified management of these events is a black eye to the business. I will never go back and I encourage others to avoid them as well.

Yes. Quick Disclaimer form. And photo ID
In some cases shooters have kindly lent out and supervised me trying out thier hardware. We welcome our British friends to enjoy our sporting freedoms not offered outside our USA. .. If no one at the range will let you use give me a call and I will come out and share. Respect for the British sas !!
What is the cost of using the range for rifle
No steel targets allowed at all. 50 yards min 100 max. I think they have a 200 yard setup out back with qualified shooter tag.
No, your gonna need private land for that
Good question call the range when they're open and they will give you the lowdown
Im not sure of the hours but they definetly have a great new skeet facility.
Yes
Yep, they have it available for rent. I'd recommend bringing your own though, because parking is about 60 feet from the firing line and you have to walk by it all to get to the office.
It is18 years old. But call and check as that may have changed since the age for purchasing a firearm has been changed to 21 for all types.
Around $10 plus targets
Yes muzzle loaders can be loaded on the bench. But no capping (primers} until your on the firing line. You can call the range at (772) 581- 4944 if you have more questions.
200 yards
12 for all day. Must follow range rules and safety course
Been there 3 times and I have never been changed.
I've shot out there many times with m855. It would be cheaper to shoot with fmj though
They do sell to lic., Gun ouners. What they have instock I'm not sure. You would have call them.
Kathy, if you have no experience with handguns, you shouldn't do it alone. Ok Corrall in Okeechobee has a course coming up (check their FB page). To train how to properly use handguns. Also, Sporting clay clubs DO rent shotguns but again, you better know how to handle it. One more thing, Honeybells is a group of women teaching other women the sport. Good luck!
You can also shoot at pistol range for closer targets.
