I have said something multiple times about these new lids. But the fact that I just spilt Super hot coffee all over my legs and hands because the lid came off is clearly a problem. If you don’t fix this soon your going to be looking at a lawsuit from someone way more unhappy then me.

Horrible experience here, customer service sucked and the cherry on top is that I ordered a hazelnut latte and they gave me a large cup with just milk. No coffee. No hazelnut. Super disappointed at this location.

Wow.. what an experience. Stood there for 5 min. No one spoke to us. Decided to order on the kiosk. Waited 5 min and was handed 2 disgusting matcha lattes that were cold. During this 10 minutes. Literally no one in the store spoke. Not to customers or to each other. Just odd.

We didn't get the complete order (didn't realize we didn't get hash browns that were paid for until it was too late), but what we did get was good. Good service, otherwise.
