Went for hot fudge sundaes after our dinner. Not a clean table in the place for us to sit. We tried to get someone's attention and they ignored us. We used napkins and water from the drink fountain to clean our own table. Very little hot fudge even though we paid for extra. If we would not have ordered through the app and already paid for them, we would have left and gone anywhere else.

Waited 15 minutes in the parking lot to get my food (a large double-quarter meal) after ordering it in the drive-thru. Finally went inside, waited another 5 minutes before the employee at the counter had time enough to address me after running around in the back. When I got my food, it was missing the fries. Took another 5 minutes to wave her back down again; they didn't put the fries in because the receipt didn't say there were fries. Finally got all my food after 30 minutes total, and my quick lunch stop wound up making me late for where I was going next. This location is understaffed and the staff is undertrained; avoid.

This place is an absolute dumpster, and I wish I could give it zero stars. They are always out of items; service is beyond slow, the staff is rude, and you can forget about having all of your items in the bag. Every single experience I've had in 2 years has been bad. After my last experience with them, I complained to corporate and was told my issue and request for a refund for the items I didn't receive would be sent to management. It's been weeks, and no one has contacted me. They owe me $6 for the 2 medium fries I had a coupon for in the app and the missing items from my kids' meal. I'm sick of eating the loss when they don't put items in the bag. They know that you won't come back to the restaurant just to pick up one item. Over time, it's added up. I want my money.

Unfortunately this location is very close to home and my grandson loves their nuggets which are usually old and dry. I was told "only one person knows how to change the oil." I've never seen brown fires from McDonald's ever; well this location serves them, more often than not. Even the managers are rude and obviously don't care how the food is serve, because they bag the food lots of times and hand it to you. One of the newest renovated location with horrible food and customer service. I'm 🙏🏽 my grandson wants to eat real food soon.
