I would not know. I live in Aberdeen. One day our nearby pool was too crowded due to a party So I called this pool and I asked if we could come there to swim. Mind you I made sure to make it very very clear that we lived in Aberdeen and wanted to know if we would be allowed to swim there and how much it would cost. I again said to the man that we are not Riverside residents, and was he sure we would be allowed in. He said "that's no problem. Just come on in and pay the non member fee." So we drove over here and we're stopped at the gate to be told that since we weren't Riverside residents we weren't allowed in. I told the girl about the phone call and what the man had said. She shrugged her shoulders and said she was sorry she wasn't letting us in. We'd have to go to our own pool. She wasn't rude about it. But my issue is why was I told on the phone, that it was fine only to be told no at the gate? Wasted time, and gas. SMH

Yes you have call and book with payment but am not sure how much it costs.
You have to pay, it's $10.00 for the whole day and $5.00 after 4 pm. That's per person.

What do you mean by open? Are you referring to the pool?
You need to be a resident of Belcamp or you need to be a guest of one.
You have to be the guest of a resident, otherwise you cannot swim. It's 10 dollars before 4 and 5 dollars after.
This week they don't open till Thursday from 12 to 9pm.
This weekend Sat 12 to 9 and Sun 12 to 7
12 to 9 on Saturday and 12 to 7pm on Sunday
