I just bought a 2016 Chevy . Equinox, I just made my 1st payment. The 2nd day I had my car it stalled I called Firkins they told me if I had anymore problems with it call them I did they told me the only warranty I had was if it was totaled and to take it to the Chevy dealership. My husband was a veteran just passed away in March I don't have the money to fix a car I just got. They were very rude to me. I explained my situation that I needed a dependable vehicle because I take care of my 82 yr old mother and raising my 10yr old grandson.

I LOVE this place!!! Ivan was the best salesman. He went out of his way to help me. Maurice also was amazing. He opened my eyes and not only got me a great deal.. He educated me on things that I would never have known otherwise. The finance manager wrapped everything up for me this morning. Found me financing with an extremely low interest rate... Sold me a warranty package to boot and i was on my way. Extremely great service from all the guys at Firkins... I would recommend EVERYONE I know to go buy their next car from Ivan :):):)

I had the absolute worst experience at firkins a few months ago. We went there and we’re very straight forward with what we wanted in a vehicle and our situation. I understand you are buying a used car but 2 weeks after we had bought the car we had it back at firkins due to a bad vibration when the ac was on and we were told it was my license plate in the back of my car causing it and there was nothing wrong with the air. Well fast forward to 3 months after we bought the car we had it back at firkins because the air quit working and was not blowing cold at all. So they diagnosed it and told us it was going to be 3000$ to fix and I told them that’s unacceptable for a vehicle we just bought. We were offered nothing but a power train warranty and we’re not offered a bumper to bumper warranty. Well fast forward to a month after that we are having engine issues. I have given firkins multiple chances to make this right and either eat the cost to fix my vehicle or put me in something else and they have never gotten back to me to this day I have not heard anything but they continue to run my credit. Like I said we were very straight forward when we went in there with 4500$ down letting them know we need a reliable vehicle and not one that will break down or have major issues 3 months after buying it.you would think going to a big dealership like this they would make it right but nope they still have not and this is unacceptable and very poor business. I would not recommend them to anyone of my friends or family because of how they have screwed me over. Now we’re out 4500$ plus out 600$ car payment we pay every month for a car we can’t even drive right now. This is very poor business and I will be reporting them to the consumer protection bureau and the better business bureau as well.

I went in there today looking for a car and had great Service from the sales person Brandon Waller, Matt and Craig. We told them what I wanted and what I could afford and they made that happen and I left in the car of my dreams. I am sooo Happy they worked with me and got me in my dream car. Brandon's 2nd day and he sold a car. Will definitely recommend them to anyone I know who wants to buy a car. This momma finally got an upgrade!!! Thanks Brandon and Matt for making this happen!!
