Skeptical after reading horrible reviews & dealing with the old crew last year. When I broke down by shop.Manager Scott and a top notch mechanic named Nick jumped on it, & found 4 issues. Had photos of problems & reasonable quote within an hour. All of the staff were helpful & friendly.

Took my car in for an oil change, rotation, and to have a slow tire leak fixed. The crew there was friendly and communicative, and the service was done relatively quickly. They told me my tire was fine and the tire pressure sensor was bad and I needed to replace it, but upon checking later, the tire I had stated was low on pressure was still in the same state. Airing the tire up made the low pressure light go away, so that was still fully operational, but I still have a slowly leaking tire. I also noticed the low tire was in the same place, so they forgot to do the rotation. I asked for three things when I got there: an oil change, a rotation, and a fixed leak. The oil change was completed (to my knowledge), the rotation was forgotten, and the tire leak was misdiagnosed. I understand that human error happens, but this was kind of a bummer of a service, and now I have to make another appointment somewhere else to do this all over again.

So the service on how quick or slow is a "hit or miss". Before I waited 3 hours for a tire change, I was supposed to be seen at the time, but a bunch of people ahead of me supposedly made appointments online. Can teach the techs to take off their gloves, or use clean gloves when bringing in or returning the car, if not a simple wipe off would be appreciated. Satisfied with the service though, can improve.

I went to drop off tires for change out at 7:30 am ("Opening time"). Employees were waiting in parking lot and seemed friendly enough, told me they'd get me taken care of as soon as they had keys to open the doors. Waited 45 minutes for boss man. Left for 15 minutes and came back. Boss man tells me they don't have time for me and told me to call in first next time. I guess he didn't understand the part where no one picks up the phone when no one can get inside the building to work.
