The Tarpon Springs Police Department is an exemplary force that models what great community police work can look like. They are professional and courteous, get to know the community, and are involved throughout our community.

Super friendly and unlike the Publix in Clearwater, at least this place was helpful on letting me know where to go to try to file a complaint about a parking issue at the beach near this police department. Probably 1 of the rare few police departments I had gone to that helped put a smile on my face in this problematic world. Thank you Tarpon Springs Police. :-)

I had a wonderful experience with an officer today, after a minor accident. I was really frazzled and the officer was very gentle and kind - just helped to make the best out of a bad situation. I am very grateful to this officer for his kindness!

Officer Brinker had nothing better to do today than pulling people over randomly. I took my 1,5 yo out of the seat for a few mins because he was choking on water (bottle he had in hands)... And she stopped us, didn't have any understanding of the situation, threatened with citation, acted real rude and humiliating. She is definitely one of the officers why people generally hate the police. Abuse of power for sure.

Why are shopping carts scattered through the neighboorhoods ? What is the best way to stop this so tarpon doesn’t look like a dump ?

People without cars take them home, the stores hire people to pick them up and return them. Policemen are too busy for cart cops. TSPD is a great force. People hate cops bc of the job. It is no difference from repairing streets. Just a job they chose bc they help people. MY BLUE LIVES MATTER. Duckie T. 285 Strong! 💘
