Corrupt and not for service to the people. My car got towed after breaking down in a target parking lot (not through target) had 2 phone numbers and contact info on the window. The contact info was ignored and it was inpounded. Pure white hot trash.

What good is it to have cops when they done do anything including there jobs?! You shouldn't have to fight with the "officers" when your taxes pay their wages! Just to have someone come out and deal with horribly noisy neighbors and their none stop barking dogs!!!
