**In response to the offices reply..If you read correctly I did not base my response on other reviews. I simply said that oddly enough my review of the office reflected the same issues as other reviews shown. Considering you don't know who my mother is as I did not name her in this I find it's bold to say that she's been seeing there twice when unfortunately she has been a patient there for multiple years. Apparently this office isn't willing to acknowledge, address, or correct issues that paying customers find to be inadequate or unsafe. Once again any negative review is met with resistance and failure to accept that they could do a better job which hinders growth on every level.*** My mother was assigned this primary care doctor by her insurance company. Over time I've heard a few issues that bothered her ranging anywhere from her feeling as though she is not heard, issues with obtaining referrals and results from testing, and overall cleanliness and attitude of the office, staff, and doctor. She remained positive as she has multiple health issues and is weary of repercussions from speaking up. I, however, am not as gracious. I'm sure my review will be met with the same type of gaslighting response all the others have. I see a huge issue that the common denominator here is the practice and its practices and not disgruntled patients or "fake" patients as they so claim. With that being said I took her to the office for lab work. We waited in a dark waiting room with 3 other patients as there was no staff for the 8 am appointments. Life happens so we assumed they were running late, no big deal right? Until she was brought back by a M.A. who at NO POINT washed their hands, disinfected any surfaces, and then performed lab work with NO GLOVES. I didn't need to see, hear, or experience ANYTHING ELSE. That alone is inexcusable and validates her concerns as very real and disappointing. These are the SAME issues stated by other patients dating back as far as 5 years. So go ahead and tell me we aren't real patients, this is a personal or duplicate review, or that we could have resolved it with a phone call. This is REAL and SHOULDN'T even be occurring. Do yourself a favor...avoid this practice at all cost as they apparently run an unethical, unsafe, and irresponsible office. We don't need you to wish us luck finding another physician. I wish you luck in dealing with formal complaints filed and fixing ongoing and disgusting issues you continue to allow at that office. Its truly is a shamestop making excuses and pointing fingers and fix the problems.

Needed a new PCP closer to home, now it's so close I can walk. Had my 1st appointment yesterday. I was late but his awesome staff still squeezed me in like i was already an existing patient for years. Dr. Greenfield is great! He prescribed me new meds that actually helped. So happy I chose him for a new Dr.

I just had my first visit with Dr. Greenfield today. I am new to the area, and I’m very impressed with this medical establishment. The front desk was great, and I didn’t wait long at all to be seen. Once I met Dr. Greenfield, his professionalism was exemplary. He explained my medical history and all medications I was on. Very thoughtful, informative, and precise doctor I was lucky to find. Highly recommend!! Thank you to all the staff and Dr Greenfield for keeping me on a good path to good health.
