Waited an hour in an exam room even with appointment. Staff member was verbally disciplined loudly enough for entire office to hear. Charged $185 for initial visit (even though I have medicare) then $90 for follow up visit (had to go to another clinic for same issue a week later and was charged $65 total for same issue.) Would not use this facility again.

I have been seeing Dr. Greenfield for the past few months for lower back pain related to Motor Vehicle Accident. My back pain is significantly reduced with adjustments and therapy (no pain medications). Office staff was nice and friendly. Thanks to Dr. Greenfield I am feeling much better.

I showed up as a walk in today and the lady at the desk says that they can’t take anyone and it’s only 550! They don’t close until 630. No one was waiting to be seen I was the only one who was in the room. I feel as if she didn’t want me to be seen because she wanted to go home and not have to wait for her last patient to be seen before she could go home. I was a new customer and I won’t be coming back again simply because she just showed me that she didn’t care for me or my family by not allowing the doctor to see me. Sad to say there are people and company’s out there like this that get away with these things. Something needs to be done about this or no one is going to want to use this company’s services they provide for their community!

Waited an hour to be seen. Then waited another 30 minutes for the doctor. The doctor did no tests, checked nothing, just wrote me a prescription and sent me on my way. No idea what I'm actually sick with or if this antibiotic even works. Never checked my temp, throat, ears, etc. cared more about his rating on google then me. Well here you are sir, your shitty rating for shitty service. *Front desk staff was sooooo nice though!*
