I am very disappointed with the lack of humanity on the part of the doctor who works here, I have a 10-year-old boy who urgently needs to see an optometrist, so I called the spring hill offices to make an appointment but they did not have appointments for these moments, so the operator kindly looked at other locations and made me an appointment for the Port Richey location, then the day of the appointment arrived and when I arrived at the mall I had difficulty finding the location and this caused me to arrive 10 minutes late so the doctor did not want to see my son who is about to start the school year and needs his glasses, the lack of humanity of the staff that works here is terrible. I don't recommend them and if he could I wouldn't have given them a single star!

I had a great experience at Optimart. Everyone that worked there was polite. There were a few customers &they seemed happy the way they were treated also. The Doctor was great,she took me into the office gave me my tests & told me what to do. I highly recommend Optomart at Home Depot Plaza in Port Richey,Florida.

I'm very disappointed with opri-mart I was told 2 weeks called left a message no call back so I called back and was told something must of happen at the lab and they would send an email to find out what was going on it's 3 weeks still no glasses never again
