As a stressed out bride with millions of things on her plate, David at MW was a god send!!! I called two weeks before the wedding to change the color of the grooms tie to make sure his and the groomsmen all match. Last min the bridesmaids dresses were too bright of a color and we had to change. Luckily David was patient and understanding and helped me through everything, I couldn’t say enough I’m sorrys and thank yous! His professionalism and kindness were incredible. If I could give him a higher rating and do more than I would. It’s very difficult now a days to find people in sales (in this world really) that actually are kind and take their time to actually help you. I truly hope he is recognized at MW and they know how to appreciate him as an employee and most importantly as a human being. I am so grateful for him, because of this I have one less to worry about for the big day!

Had an excellent experience at the Mens warehouse. Walked in not having any idea on what to buy, and was instantly greeted by Demetri who jumped right into helping out. Louis helped out too and together they made an excellent team. They were quick, accurate, courteous, and with just a few questions and some measurements they put together two great looks for me. I highly recommended this location because of the outstanding customer service experience I had, and this all happened in a packed house so they were efficiently helping myself and multiple people with ease

The original pants to the rental suit my son had on were horrible! I was very impressed with the level of service Angel provided. He was a true 😇 & took the initiative to find a solution to a pair that would work & fit. His professionalism & demeanor were superb! If I could give him a higher rating I would. In an ever so fast changing retail environment it's difficult to find quality associates. He went above & beyond! I truly hope he is recognized & MW uses him as a prime example of exclusive customer service! I am so grateful for him & it's because this experience I will be returning!

I had a great experience here. I came in looking to make a same day purchase of an outfit for a wedding, and was met with great care from Michelle and Louis. They helped me put together a great combination, and even went out of their way to steam the coat, shirt, and pants, and tie the tie, so all I had to do that evening was put everything on! Would highly recommend.
