My car broke down on 66th St. N, 2 weeks ago. 3 officers assisted me by pushing my car into a parking lot, as I was blocking traffic. I would like to thank those officers for their assistance. Very hot day, difficult situation and they were wonderful. Thxs for your Serve & Protect.

Literally ran someone over while I watched... The police officer who ran the person over is not being charged... Their claim that makes the officer innocent? "Distracted driving"

Called on a late night ordinance violation which was keeping the entire family from getting any sleep. Called PPPD, and even though I was cranky and annoyed, the dispatch officer was kind and empathetic. Within 20 minutes the disruption was quelled and our family returned to bed. Thank you so much PPPD for your: kindness, help, and rapid response.

Just to be clear this comment is not meant with any sarcasm or bias. To be honest no they don't and here's why. Pinellas Park is a very small low crime area predominantly populated by wealthy, and moderately wealthy individuals. I'm willing to bet there are more horse stables than apartment complexes in Pinellas Park. There are six in walking of my house off the top of my head. I've personally sat down in a restaurant and watched around nine officers sitting in the adjacent parking lot working in conjunction with a spotter; write nothing but seatbelt violation tickets for about half an hour. With how fast the squad cars were returning I can tell that the tickets were already preprinted with the violation on them.
This is St. Pete Police jurisdiction, not Pinellas Park Police.
Lanna Thai and Suhi give much to the community at the behest of their overlords. I've said too much.
Take photos and document all vehicles coming and going. Get pics of the faces also. Turn that all in to detective and just wait...
Yes, call the police department's non-emergency number (727)369-7864 and make a police report.
It has not been planned yet.
Stuff.
