Called to check on my case. Barbara answer the phone after I waited on the phone for 15 minutes . She took my case number and placed me back on hold for 1 hour and 11 seconds. Barbara never came back on phone. I decided to hang up.

All five stars are for the clerk named Miriam. I can’t remember her desk number, but it was in the 20’s. We just filed an emergency pick up order for the safety of my step children yesterday afternoon. She was knowledgeable and showed her concern for the kids after seeing the documents with the motion. She was tedious enough to make sure the judge would see all the attached photos in color. We also had our youngest two babies with us. She offered toys and suckers and baby talk😊. From start to finish she was so kind and professional. Thank you Miriam!

Terrible customer service very rude, this courthouse has nothing to do with reform or helping people!!! Make people miss work constantly, but expect money! Programs should be available like AA or rehabilitation of some sort!! Instead of all about money and beating the system!! I'm trying to help a friend who made a bad decision this court has done nothing since day one but try to make him fail!!! What happened to make this world a better place...!!!!

This concerns an exterior tour of the Edgecomb Courthouse in Downtown Tampa. I did not enter the facilities interior. The exterior is completely modern in its architecture and form and is made of concrete. It is very utilitarian in its makeup. This visit occurred in the predawn hours giving the structure a nice appeal due to exterior lighting and the sun about to rise. The exterior Justice sculpture was a nice touch to the buildings entrance and gave a welcoming approach to the complex. This facility is well worth a visit.
