I went today with my husband, and they had me waiting for very long time. Very Poor customer service, they guys were talking to each other while we were waiting to be assisted. The front desk lady called them several times but they ignored us. We decided to leave due to this disrespectful attitude, but we informed them that we were going to leave a negative feedback.

I was not treated appropriately. I attempted to purchase an item At The advertised price, I was told that I had to pay a higher price becauseThere was no update in the system. This is after I made a sizable metal purchase.The customer service I received today from the young lady was unacceptable. She suggested that i might want wait outside and sit in car until my order was ready. UNEXCEPTABLE!!!
