Window Broken for over 2 months. This place is in a good location but everything seems to be breaking constantly. Most alarming is our bedroom windows, both of which have been broken for two months without being fixed even after our incessant complaining. It’s a safety hazard being ignored and it seems management can’t get the on-site repairman to get things done in a reasonable amount of time. We are incredibly frustrated by this, so much so that it becomes hard to see any positives. Unfortunately, there is no law offering protection from this sort of thing so we are stuck with these broken windows until, by some miracle, this place decides to fix them.

I have lived here for over 4 years and love it! The location is great, the management staff is friendly and the community "get-togethers" are always welcomed and enjoyed. The maintenance staff is always prompt, courteous, and helpful. -

First, the team is excellent. I've interacted with Kyah the most, but Jessica was excellent too. You simply can't beat the location -- being able to walk to Grillsmith, Crispers, and Brass Tap or the movies is awesome. Second, the apartments themselves are excellent. Everything was clean on our arrival and they even give you the option of having the team give you an accent wall for a small fee with enough notice. Washer and dryer are in unit and free to use. The studio-style lighting they use is awesome as well. Our unit has a cute patio that my girlfriend uses to take care of a few plants. The gym and clubhouse is cool for those who don't want to mess with a gym membership and are down for a game of pool. The pool has cabanas -- beautiful and well maintained area. Plus, you are provided trash storage right outside your door. 5 nights a week they pick it up for you...incredibly convenient if you're lazy like me. They also have an Amazon hub that will store your reasonable-sized packages. Awesome peace of mind for deliveries while you work. Neighbors are quiet and polite. I have maybe only heard evidence that someone lives above me 2-3 times in 2 months, and those were just soft walking sounds. Supremely grateful we chose this place and that feeling has only increased with time.

Thank you for being so responsive and helping me make Lakeside at town center home. From the start was the big Wow impression I got. My leasing agent Melanie full of positive explosive energy was super helpful. She showed me a few floor plans and gave great ideas for decorating. I've been living here for a few months and the wow factor is still in effect. My new home a warm safe cozy home that is very quiet. I was able to take her ideas for decorating and some of my own. With her help Im a sure winner on the patio contest. I have decorated my elephants for the season
