Just moved in like 4 months ago. Autopay has never taken $20 off my autopay even though they advertise it all around? The ladies in the office are of no assistance and I just get attitude every time I walk into the door. I was supposed to be put in a whole other building but they gave it to someone else because they didn’t do a accurate background check. You think if someone is a 2nd they’d put it on the background check. My closet doors have huge dents in them and one has fallen off the track. and Nobody has made an effort to come fix for a week and half. They don’t tell you where anything is like guest parking or what time the pool actually closes. Also my water charge has quadrupled in 1 month with 4 people in our home and it doesn’t add up. But they add it in your rent?don’t rent here we’re moving as soon as we can. Not worth all the hassle and money.

These apartments are terrible. Not only do they NEVER fix anything as maintenance should. All of the material is super cheap, easily broken or scratched upon your arrival. Flooring is extremely thin, your neighbors can even hear you opening your refrigerator. —10/10 would not recommend. Invest elsewhere, especially if you’re someone who has kids. Not worth the fake “luxurious” look at all. If you have a ring device/doorbell you know neighborhood crime is unacceptable for pricing as well.

I originally signed my lease with the past management company. It was completely brutal. Once the Ventura took over the Lakeland retreat, it was like night and day. All buildings are under improvements every day and landscapers are quick, and clean with their work. Maintenance requests ACTUALLY get done within the 48 hour to 24 hour requirement. Staff is extremely helpful. Especially Paige, Danielle, and Willy! Looking forward to lease extension!

I spent the last few days trying to help my brother find an apartment and we found the retreat a nice apartment 2-2 that he and the people he was moving with could definitely pay for. Fast forward all of the back and forth driving getting specific information for the retreat to approve us and they tell us they need approval from higher up because we couldn’t use bank statements we were using pay stubs, he says latest Monday. We get a call 20-25 min later telling us they will have to raise the price $100 because “the prices are subject to change” and yes, now that they raised it we did not meet the 3x rent requirement. This was days in the application process, days. The very last day, move in day, we get told “unfortunately that’s just how it is call and see when it goes back down”

The easiest way without going to the apartment itself is to go to the front desk and ask them. I asked for an apartment on the first floor but did not get one due to availability. Double check and ask them to be sure.
I had one towwed they use stepps towing on memorial
Just signed my 3rd lease here. We like it here for the most part. The retreat does not maintain the AC units unless contacted by The residents to change filters or fix problems. As far as cleaning them we asked the 1st yr we lived here when it was the paddock club to clean the vents. They (the paddock) club never came out to look at them then Eventually changed management. Now that our apartment as been renovated & working on our 3rd year here your question Actually reminded me that I should try to talk to the new management About cleaning or air vents.
No drink machines
In the patio outside, there should be a door out there
Not the cheapest start at 1,092.00 and you need to make 3 times that amount to qualify for the apartments. Those with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms can go up to 1,500. + water insurance gas and trash.
Is there something I can answer for you
The correct response is: No. You'd take up other residents spots if you brought a trailer in.
You can go on the website and sign in to the resident portal to pay the rent.
