When we first pulled up getting in line we saw one employee playfully hopping counters in the inside with condiments in hand. In the drive-thru line at 10:18. It took 10 minutes to get to the speaker(where you place your order) which was just us giving our mobile order name. It took another 10 minutes and they handed us our food. Finally 20 minutes In the line we get our food just for it to be cold. We gave it back and the drive thru attendant gave us our hot food quickly. Pulling off at 10:41.ñ, we Checked the (custom) bacon cheeseburger and it was hot but the bread was old and hard, stale.

Absolutely awful experience. 27 minutes from speaker to window. Food was cold. Fries and onion rings had to spend 10 minutes in the oven to make them edible. No apologies for the wait, instead the lady at the window seemed annoyed having to reach back for ketchup. One plus - I appreciated being reminded why it's been years since I've gone to this location (5 mins from my house). Hopefully I won't forget next time and the new one coming up in Reisterstown does waaaaay better.

This burger king clearly needs love and I had a great experience. Two big burgers for 5+ plus tax. In this economy, it's tough to beat. For fast food, Burger King's taste and price (with the right deal) is great. Once I got to the window, my food was bagged and ready to go within two minutes - no complaints

I usta work at this location but management is poor. My name is durell paige and i quit 2 weeks ago after a Racist New manager started throwing bags of food at me on her first day as manager in the store. Played the victim after being confronted and Other managers did nothing. The store is poorly managed with staff but ask about me to the consistent customers. I was the life of that entire business. because i have my own businesses. TELL COOPERATE TO HIRE ME ON FOR THEIR HIRING PROCESS AND MARKETING. Follow Me on IG!
