I have visited this location a few times! Today definitely wasn’t a normal visit. My donuts literally have no glaze on them, or was melted off Fromm the warm temp on the store. We kindly waited patiently to be serviced and was very kind. Just to get home and see what we had purchased. 20min ride for nothing. Glad we only got a 3pack. I literally have never been here and seen the light on either. Things that make you think. I’m very disappointed.

Most unnecessarily stressful customer service experience I've had in years. Our order was essentially the same as always at any Krispy Kreme. 1 dozen assorted. The guy at the register was so rude and lackluster that he completely miscommunicated our order to the person filling the box. Eventually, he gave up and walked away so the other guy had to come to the register. He was so thoroughly confused by his coworker's misdirection that we had to explain our order three more times. I even wrote it out for him and it still came out incorrectly. Also, we were told that 2 of the donuts we wanted were out. How are they out if they're sitting right there in the display case? I almost wish we had walked out immediately as soon as we were confronted with the initial rudeness rather than paying $13.99 for nothing but stress and an incorrect order.

Haven't been to a Krispy Kreme in years. Wow, have they gone downhill!! Donuts are HORRIBLE. The standard glazed are still soft but have a weird taste, almost chemically. The creme filled, the creme was very sparse and what was there was dried out around the edges. Chocolate covered glazed were ok. Drive thru is designed so that you're stuck in line and can't get out if it's moving slow. Won't be going back anytime soon.

This Krispy Kreme really cares about helping our youth and fundraising. My daughter’s dance studio does a yearly fundraiser. The staff here is always so helpful and friendly. Miss Jackie is a gem! Thank you for aways being a joy to work with!

The staff wear masks and there is a plastic barrier between customer and cashier.

I used to know what time but you can download the Krispy Kreme app set up an account then inside the app go under my account then click on notifications then turn on hotlight notifications then they'll send you a message everytime they have hot donuts each day
There's an email promo that went out recently, buy any dozen normal price and get a dozen glazed for a dollar. They do it frequently but you need the coupon they email you. Sign up for their rewards app, that's how you get them.
Think 11$ a dozen 12$ for anything other then just plain glazed
