Went shopping for underwear; they had a great selection...but had to walk around the store to find a dressing room to try things on. Not good customer service.

It never fails. Whenever I need a dress for any occasion, I almost always find one at JCP! This particular location had very friendly workers, they have shopping carts, spacious aisles, and clean fitting rooms. Recommend this store!

My husband and I came in to browse for clothes for an event. We didn't find anything in the color we wanted. The clearance section for the men was nice and is considering on coming back to look for items for my son. Saw some reasonable priced shirts in various sizes that will make a great gift and for donation. The lines for check out were rather long and it didn't seem to find any sales person on the floor that could provide any assistance. I will say, I almost tool faint due to the heat was extra hot in the store, thatbI ended up coming out of my coat.

I ordered online and wanted store pickup. They charged a fee for ship to store which I was unaware of. 99 percent of stores do not charge for store pickup. So this effected my bottom line price. The best thing was the garage to store parking.
