I arrived at 6:45pm for a curbside pick up order. I followed the procedures for curbside pick up and after a few minutes noticed my order was no longer showing as received by Nordstrom curbside associate. I just assumed there was a glitch in the system. I went in and was greeted by the pick up person at the desk And retrieved my order. While shopping another associate walked in boasting that he had canceled a curbside pick up(mine). I am extremely disappointed in Nordstrom Columbia’s staff selection and as of late the associate do not seem as if they are up to Nordstrom quality. I can say the associate that handed me my order and the manager were very respectable. However, it only takes one bad apple to spoil the bunch. Sadly, I will no longer be a customer of Nordstrom Columbia.

This place is just stellar. The customer service is far superior and sale people are super helpful. They help me with returns and make it easy with online purchase returns. I am hooked on online shopping at Nordstrom at 2am.

As far as I've seen over the years, Nordstrom does not sell L. L. Bean.

The store is open, wear your mask and you can enter and shop. The parking lot is huge, not a problem to find a place to park.
Call or stop by at your local Nordstrom store, and talk to the sales associates for better information.
You can find the Lacoste t-shirts in Macy's, or go to Towson Town Center Mall (Level 2), where Lacoste store is located.
From my understanding, Louis Vuitton hand bags are available at two locations only - Seattle (Nordstrom Downtown Seattle) and Chicago (Nordstrom Michigan Avenue) stores.
