Great staff and selection, I just don't understand why it always takes so long to pick up online orders...a perceived advantage of online ordering would be an expedited experience when it's ready but lately, there's been anywhere from a 13 min to 22 min wait to get the goodies. A pick up station like some fast food spots have would be a welcome addition.

Ok, I know it’s 420 and there will be a wait. I get that and planned on waiting. But 2 hours? You have to do better. Especially when I am waiting I see employees hanging out in the parking lot talking to vendors and food truck people. Really? If you have paying customers waiting 2 hours, there should be an all hands on deck policy. I was watching people waiting longer while others were coming and going without waiting a half hour. Something is wrong with this and there needs to be better management. But from what I noticed, management was too busy playing dance party in the parking lot showing off her “weed outfit”. There are too many other dispensaries that get you in and out quickly—even on 420. I think when I want to puff puff Pass, I’ll pass this dispensary.

Always friendly and professional. They run specials all the time - spend enough on certain days and you get a free giveaway item OR you get to spin the prize wheel! They also do locally-based fundraisers (food donations, school supplies, etc), which makes me feel really good about spending here. Trilogy has a huge and ever-evolving selection AND every now and then you get to pet the dog! My favorite Flower Shop in Howard County. Correction: my favorite Flower Shop ANYWHERE.

You do not need the physical medical ID card, however you will need a physical government issued ID card (such as a drivers license or a Passport). You will also need to know your MMCC patient ID number. Also, you must also be certified with a registered provider.
Great question, Joan. We do have a lobby where people who are not patients or caregivers can sit and wait. The benefit of having someone register as a caregiver is that they can come back with the patient and also could purchase on the patients behalf without the patient present. We can assist with caregiver registration as well!
