Will a patient that needs someone, ie their spouse, that they depend on for transportation to the dispensary and navigation inside once they arrive, be allowed to be accompanied by that person inside the dispensary? Thank you. JW

Great question, Joan. We do have a lobby where people who are not patients or caregivers can sit and wait. The benefit of having someone register as a caregiver is that they can come back with the patient and also could purchase on the patients behalf without the patient present. We can assist with caregiver registration as well!

The Trilogy dispensary has a waiting room where non-mmcc registered patients can sit while the registered patient is escorted and guided to get their medicine.

I don't know for sure. But I think I've seen this situation a couple of times.
