So disappointed in our experience with Romas! Terrible delivery, missing an entire pizza, quality was tremendously less than before & very poor customer service. We have been customers of Romas for a long time and I'm sorry to say that has come to end. Apparently the online order app is a seperate entity they have hired to deliver to customers. Don't bother, they have no accountability and don't care about any mistakes that are made. I'm sorry, but this was unacceptable. I'd give zero stars and no tip if I could

I have always ordered from Roma's and this is the second time that something has gone wrong. The first time the owner said he would make it right and never did and this time was the final straw. I ordered a pepperoni pizza sub with extra cheese and extra pepperoni and what I got was a pepperoni sub with cheese. I called the store to let them know and the girl who answered the phone laughed at me and said well we put extra cheese on it. I explained that I have the sub right in front of me and there is no extra cheese, and she just kept saying that they put extra cheese on it. I don't like being told I am lying, and oh by the way I have pictures of the sub, but it doesn't matter because this was my last order from them. Never again!

If I could give 0, I would. Was charged $1.00 per "wing" so 40 wings was $40.00+tax. "Wings" must of been from a Hummingbird farm because a lighter or 50cent piece was larger than they were. That being said I called to complain and was given an attitude and told well that's why we put extra in your order. You can count them. Honestly there was probably 5 extra still hummingbird sized. Whoever anwered phone was extremely rude, didn't care and when I asked to speak to manager or owner she simply wanted to say goodbye and get off phone. Will never spend a dime in this place as there are many more pizza and sub shops with better quality food and employees.
