Ive lived here for 3 years and I am very pleased with my home and the staff. I'm disappointed to read the reviews posted by disgruntled residents because it's not an accurate depiction of life here at Indigo. The property manger, is the only on site staff member besides maintenance and she does the job of both property manager and leasing consultant. The company has set up several ways to submit requests and if used properly our needs are always met. She has gone above and beyond for myself and my family and even brought me bags of ice when our ice maker wasn't working. In reference to reading the comments about ghetto Baltimore people living here, I would have to say that if they are from Baltimore, they were screened just like everyone else that lives here. Their credit was in order and they had no criminal issues and should be able to live in comfort like their counterparts. My experience is that the Caucasian population are upset that they have to encounter Blacks period. The cultures are very different and it seems the Caucasians do not want to interact with their black neighbors. They complain about children in the street and not moving as if they are driving through on a red carpet expecting the world to oblige them as more important than others. The children are just being children. Granted they don't have a playground, but that was also known prior to anyone moving in. I have been called the N word by several of the Caucasian residents but I wouldn't let that tarnish my experience living here or the experience I've had with the staff. In my opinion they are upset because black people can afford to live here making them equal to Caucasians who feel they are the only ones who deserve to live in luxury. Its 2017 and people are still racist in Red Lion. Its truly unfortunate to see the negative comments when I know for sure that the management staff is doing a great job.!

We were excited to find a newly built spacious townhouse at a cheaper price than what we were paying. The office manager Jenn was really nice and helpful. However since moving in over a year ago now we have seen a drastic change for …
