Been coming here a long while. Most employees here are wonderful and helpful. The young man who was running the restaurant (manager on duty) and the girl, who was supposed to be watching the register, both looked at me waiting at the counter and looked away continuing what they were doing. No, "I'll be over in just a second" or anything like that, just ignored me. So I asked the manager if anyone was running register. He immediately gives me an attitude saying something along the lines of, "yes somebody is, we're busy". When I told him to drop the attitude on my way out, he yelled feel free to never come back. That person is a manager? Somebody who can't handle 6 customers without panicking and throwing around attitude?? I work in customer service/restaurant and I'd never even consider giving a customer attitude and telling them to not come back. I'll admit, I did call him an a**hole on my way out the door. But that was after everything had already transpired. That is unacceptable behavior for management.

I waited 25 minutes for my food. I asked when it would be ready and I was told they had not even started making it yet. I asked why, and I was told because it wasn't paid for. I said I did pay for it, as I purchased other things. The girl at the register said she remembered me and that I did pay, she just forgot to ring up the food. The register worker said the food should have been made anyway though. The girl making the food literally said to me "it's not my problem", meaning it's not her problem I didn't have my food. I told her that I have never experienced such poor customer service. She actually told me "well don't come back then". I was yelled at by the girl making the food! AFTER WAITING 25 MINUTES FOR FOOD THAT WAS NEVER MADE. They never offered to make the food. I have experienced nothing but slow food service ever since the store opened. I never commented in the past about it though in a review. After today I felt compelled to write a review.

Expat Theory

I go here from time to time, the store is always very neat and clean. The food is surprisingly very good, a little pricey, but it's a convenience store so there's that. I actually recommend them for a quick stop or even a decent meal to go. Fast, hot, and tasty...what more can you ask for?

The food and customer service from night shift were the best from any Sheetz I’ve ever been to. They’re very friendly and the food was great. Will definitely be coming to this Sheetz from now on! Please give the employees working credit, the date is 03/21/21.
