Best place with excellent equipment. Staff its really very cooperative and supportive. They guide you as per your requirements. Please search for the trainer and he or she will guide you based on your expectations. I personally enjoy my time while being there. Every time I am there I love my time while being there among amazing people.

Because of the signs, the examples of the staff, and the precedents of the long-established members, everyone cleans their equipment after use, creating an exceptionally clean environment. I go six times per week, and I have always felt an appreciation for the friendly environment at our Shippensburg gym.

Great place, nice people. Staff for the most part is very friendly. Occasionally some of the newer staff have been a little less than professional when speaking to clients. An example is: when a client says thank you, the response should be your welcome, however the majority of the responses are “no problem.” It should go without saying that doing ones job is never a problem. Thanks for the opportunity to write a review as it’s saving a call to the owner. Update, while this is still a great place, the staff is also great and polite. Simply put it seems they care and like the idea you are there.
