This quaint hotel has a family atmosphere..everyone staff member from check-in to check-out was so nice the breakfast was one of the better ones I've see and the lady running it was so friendly the room was great and comfortable..we will be staying again.

Dated hotel and decor. Saggy mattress. In our 2 night stay, there was no house keeping done in any of the rooms - no linens, no trash. No towels at the pool area. The staff was trying their best but we only ever saw 2 people on at a time

ann in the front desk was great and the other staff were friendly. the breakfast had bacon! the location is great - as it is walking distance to stores, restaurants and homemade ice cream! it is an older hotel but our room was clean. i asked for a quiet area. there is a church right across the parking lot with beautiful yellow daffodils. if in town for business or meeting clients stay at the courtyard at Marriott instead but if in town for pleasure and want a free big breakfast and convenience- stay at the best western.

Total dump! You could get a contact high just walking into the place. Our shoes stuck to the bathroom floor. Pubs floating in the hot tub. Staff was less than helpful when issues were brought to their attention.
