Great Stay at this Hotel. I'm a Hilton Honors Gold Member and stay at quite a few Hilton Properties. The front desk said that the property was 6 years old, but it looked new. Super clean, friendly staff and excellent service. We had a king room and it was spacious and comfortable. Only thing is this rather large desk in the middle of the room... were they planning on having a board meeting in-front of the king bed?!?! LOL!! Breakfast was OK, but free so it was fine. Again, very clean, super attentive staff and I'd stay there again for sure.

The room was OK. The beds were clean, but they were way too soft. We were staying 3 days and my back was hurting by the end. We were left with less than half a roll of toilet paper and a extra roll. I'm a former hotel housekeeper and would of thrown that out, I asked the housekeeper that was in the hall for extra and she told me to go to the front desk. I would of gone and got what guests asked. The pool was tiny, only 4 feet deep, and the water was cloudy. We didn't swim because 4 kids were already in there and it would of been crowded. The location of the hotel was nice, lots of restaurants around within walking distance. If you happen to stay in room 319, get some kind of clips to keep the curtains closed. The lights on the front of the building shine right in your window and bring earplugs, because it's right across from the elevator.

For the price we paid I expected the room to be bigger. My mom asked the housekeeper who was out in the hallway for a roll of toilet paper and she was told to go down stairs to ask for it. I use to work in the hotel business and I know for a fact that when a guest asks a housekeeper for something you give it to them not redirect them to the front desk. The shower slide door was dirty there was less then half roll of toilet paper on the holder when we got into the room. And the shower had mildew and rust on the wall. The beds were way to hard very uncomfortable also the room they put us in had really bright lights that were shining through the window all night even after we shut the blinds.

Home A/C broke, it was over 80 degrees In our apartment, we stayed for one night at hotel, The beds are comfy, great pillows, perfect private place to beat the heat. Clean, was a welcome port in a storm, we had our small dog with us as well, pet walk area with dog waste bags, also an outdoor smoking area. Nice indoor pool too
