I bought a Groupon for 50 units of Dysport for my forehead II frown. Something I already expected: I had to purchase more units for $240. Dr Robin put in approx 175 units in my forehead and crows feet (I don't crowsfeet). In the next few days I could feel it starting to work. My forehead was smooth and shiny. It felt a bit bruised, but that's to be expected when using a needle. By the third day my eyebrows the part closest to my nose started to push down creating a strange wrinkle on my eyelids that I haven't seen before. The outer parts of the brown stick up like Dr Spock. I look permanently angry. I do not look like myself. My eyes been tearing more than usual. I made an appointment to get it fixed. This has been my first experience of injectables and I am not sure if I am happy with the procedure. UPDATE: Went back a week later. Not sure what he injected, might have been water. Didn't do a thing...Went back 2 weeks later and got prescribed eye drops to turn back the effects. He injected too deep into my muscle and it flowed over in to the muscle that works your eyelid. Less would have been better. I have learned my lesson. Don't buy Groupon to try something out. Go to someone that genuinely wants to make you look your best. Doctor was nice, but I need someone that knows what he is doing. It will wear off, but I will be looking angry for a while.

I was feeling very ill with a high temperature and my throat felt as though it was on fire for 4 days prior to going to this urgent care. With no sight of getting better, I went to this urgent care to get a COVID test. The test was taken outside in the sun with minimal shade available. As my test came back negative, I wanted to consult with the doctor who works at the urgent care to see if I may need antibiotics. I patiently waited for Dr. Zakariaei and once he entered I explained what I was feeling and he examined me. I asked for a strep-throat test and we agreed that I take one. He then recommended Z-Pac to treat my ailment. Since this was the first time I have visited the urgent care, I explained to the doctor that Z-Pac does work on me based on my previous experience with the antibiotic and Levaquin would be best because it works the best based on my past experiences with it. The doctor adamantly disagreed and suggested that my comment about Levaquin was a stupid suggestion, pretentiously scoffed as he knew what was best for my ailment, double-downed on Z-Pac and then left as "Medical Assistant" was to administer the strep throat test. I waited roughly 15 minutes for the strep throat test to come back and it came back negative. Patiently waiting for another 20 minutes for the doctor to come back after the test had come back to discuss the prescription options, and hopefully change his mind so I can get better, the doctor was MISSING. I then asked the front desk clerk where was the doctor, she did not know and decided to look for him. She then ran through the office, knocked on every door, attempting to find him. She then called the doctor's cell phone. She informed me that THE DOCTOR LEFT TO HIS SECOND PRACTICE not too far from the urgent care location and she had no idea when he will be back and asked me to additionally wait. The doctor did not communicate his departure with anyone, even with his own staff, yet alone with his patients. I informed the front desk that I was leaving. They were apologetic and were saying that it was not their fault that my experience was like this. Nearly arriving back home, I receive a call from Dr. Zakariaei, his tone noticeably frustrated with my departure from the urgent care. He asked why I left the urgent care. Exhausted due to being ill and having to deal with this, I politely told him to have a nice day and wanted to hang up to call my actual doctor for an appointment. Before I was able to hang up, he started to TRIPLE-DOWN on his suggestion for Z-Pac and he then with pretentiousness in his tone he said "you wait for your doctor" and hung up the phone. This doctor's sheer disrespect and neglect for his patients SHOULD BE AN ACT DISCREDITABLE. I FERVENTLY recommend that people who are looking for an urgent care DO NOT go to this one. tl;dr: The doctor meets me for the first time, does not listen to me, behaves pretentiously, bullies me while I'm ill, abandons his patients to go to his second practice, and then claims that he is my doctor and I should wait for HIM. AVOID this urgent care at all costs.

PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS CLINIC. They have the Worst doctor and worst clinic. I walked in this clinic for an urgent prescription for my daughter. when I reached there I saw nobody in the clinic I was the only patient in the center and the doctor was sitting in reception busy chatting with the receptionist. they made me wait 45 mint .Imagine if they had one more patient how long I would wait!!!!!! After 45 min of waiting the the doctor came inside the room and casually checked my daughter within 5 min without listening to me or asking questions. This clinic neither respect patients time nor they treat patients carefully . Please dont wast your time and your money in this clinic.

My husband was there last Saturday and was given antibiotics for a sinus infection. He seems to get better at first but on Thursday the symptoms came back. Should he make an appointment to see a doctor or can he get a prescription. Please advise.
