My daughter and her fiancé chose Ray Vernon Estate as their venue. I was not thrilled to have their wedding an hour from home in an area I was unfamiliar with. However, when I arrived and saw Ray Vernon Estate for the first time my mind was instantly changed. The building was stunning, inside and out. The only thing to outdo the building was the view surrounding the property, and to top it off, a charming outdoor ceremony area. Choosing a beautiful location is only half the battle when hosting a wedding. It is such a stressful time and there is so much to get done. I was blown away by how Tom and Melody (owners of Ray Vernon Estate) were able to make this time so much easier. Their attention to detail was incredible. They had anticipated everything and prepared the venue for it. From providing tools to move tables and chairs, abundant cooler space behind the bar, a freezer for extra ice, even accommodating the bit of extra time groomsman may have while the women get ready by providing a pool table, they seemed to have everything covered. I was concerned about parking; the estate provides a pull around and drop off area, but I was unsure if guests would know to use it. As guests started to arrive, I was told by one of them that there was a very nice woman directing them where to go. I walked down and found Melody directing cars to drive up to drop off guests then pull around to park. I was amazed and relieved. They were a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend Ray Vernon Estate to anyone looking for a venue.

As soon as we went and toured the venue, we knew this is where we wanted to get married! Tom and Melody were amazing to work with, so helpful and such genuine people. I called 7 different venues and never got a response from any except For the Ray Vernon Estate. Customer service is so important to me for someone who works in the service industry and they went above and beyond! We cannot wait to see this BEAUTIFUL venue nestled back in the woods, grow in the years to come :)
