Worst hospital I’ve ever been to . I stood there waiting to check in in an empty lobby with no acknowledgement. Three nurses were at the station and all refused to acknowledge me nor assist . I’ve been to cook county in Chicago and though the wait times are horrible , atleast they treat you like a human being

The worst hospital I have ever been to. The staff are completely apathetic to patient needs and unsympathetic to their pain in addition to just generally having no sense of urgency when it comes to responding to patients. The costs here are completely out-of-control so you basically pay out the nose to receive horrendous care. Expect to be treated like a cash cow and not a human being if you ever have the misfortune of having to come here. This entire hospital is hot garbage.

Staff needs to do a better job communicating with each other when they get off shift. I was waiting for a cd of my X-rays and waited a long time in the patient waiting room until I asked for it again and was told that the nurse forgot to tell the new nurse to give it to me. It was just sitting around, just like I was.
