Placed 2 mobile ordered and went to pick them up. They don't prepare the sandwiches and have them ready.. I had to wait in the line of about 6-7 people to tell the cashier I'm here to pick up my orders and come to find out they hadn't even started my order. My hour lunch was over by the time I got home and I live less that 6 minute from here so... terrible wait for an order ahead order

Placed order at 12:05 pm order arrived at 1:20 pm. Called the restaurant several times and the individual answering lacks customer service skills and unable to resolve my issue. My company has a strict policy for the lunch hour. That means we had go with eating lunch since Jimmy John's did not keep is promise of super fast delivery. Very disappointed and I will take my business elsewhere.

I order for delivery probably at least twice a week and they've never once messed up my order and often times there's an extra loaf of bread thrown in the bag when I didn't even order one! What a JOKE of a place. You don't do this to customers!!!! I ordered to eat lunch at work. My turkey sandwich had no turkey, my co workers tuna sandwich has barely anything on the bread. I ordered cherry coke and diet- we 2 regular cokes. …
