I rarely leave reviews. This dunkin is always on point but today a fly flew out of my wake up wrap bag. I could of fainted.

Coffee lid was loose and it spilled on my clothes and in the car. Opened bag and half of order that I paid for was not there. Had to make another stop to clean off coffee and get breakfast for my daughters. When I called and told them, their response was “what you want me to do” and hung up. The only bagel that they did give is was stale.

Great place for A quick coffee or sandwich. Employees are very kind and helpful..

Friendly staff but they never get it right. I always have to get them to fix my coffee. And if by chance they actually get it correct then they end up messing up my husband's coffee. This isn't the way to start your day. I love the owners but their staff is never on point. I spend over $130 a month on coffee that I'm never happy with. Never again. I'll find a different Dunkin.
