Nice room. I do not like that they debuted $100 from my account for damages when, there weren’t any. I was told the money should be refunded in 3 - 6 business days. This is a bad business practice. Other Holiday Inns have not done this.

I tried to call and cancel my reservation and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. I called two days before and it keep going straight to voicemail. I called the day of to speak with someone and they finally answered the phone and when i spoke with them there was nothing that they could do. When i asked for my money back they said they couldn’t give it back because it was a no call no show. This hotel is very poor, no customer care, no manners, and they don’t even care about the slightest problem that you have. I will never stay at this hotel again it was the worse experience ever. They will take your money without even thinking twice about it. The manager is very rude and disrespectful they don’t care even if you are sick or have an emergency they will do whatever they want to do.

Stayed here in January of 2022. I accidentally left a large multicolor knitted blanket that my mother made for me herself, it had a large label stitched on it that said, "Made with love for my Ruthie" I'm incredibly devastated and disappointed to say that it was stolen by one of the cleaning staff as they cleaned up my room. I realized it was gone, and when I called the hotel to ask if they had it in their lost and found, they claimed to have no knowledge of it. I have worked as a housekeeping staff member in a large chain hotel business like this. They are supposed to hold the items they find in rooms for 2 weeks to make sure that the guest can reclaim their item. Some hotels hold items for even longer, up to a month or two. Then, the housekeepers may ask if they can keep items that are unclaimed. The housekeeping manager needs to address this issue. Don't stay at this hotel unless you want to accept the risk of your sentimental items being stolen by housekeeping.

Positive: The staff was great . They were young but very professional and courteous. Negative: The cleaning of the rooms could improve. The towels and washcloths were cleaned but could use a fresh scent!
