I've already left a review with my booking agency..This place needs a thorough cleaning and maybe a renovation. The rooms were smelly and dirty..bugs everywhere and bathroom disgusting.

What was wrong: 1. Room smelled like smoke, we did move. 2. Bathroom had wall damage and mildew. 3. Couch bed broke and dirty. 4. Our mattress had blood on it. 5. 6:20 No breakfast ready. 6.bathroom door broke 7. Bed had crumbs on the box spring. What was Good. 1. Night staff really nice 2. No bugs

** do not stay here! This place is a scam** they charged myself and a friend for days we did not even stay there and had to file a complaint with corporate to fight the charges. Did it stop there? No! They charged my card for an “extensive cleaning fee” saying I left throw up in the bathroom and ruined their towels. They provided a picture as “proof”, but what they didn’t realize is I took pictures of my room as well and shows otherwise. They will scam you! The place is also old, out of date, the entire hotel smells like weed, and my room looked like it was barely cleaned upon arrival. Book your hotel elsewhere! Save yourself the headache. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

I stay at many choice hotels for work and never have had any issues until this one. I seen they charged me an extra $100 so I called and asked why. The woman at the fest said because the room was smoked in. I ensured her I 100% did not smoke in the room, so she said she would have the manager call to talk to me. I have yet to hear from him. I called for a week trying to get in touch with the manager but there was always a reason why he hasn’t called me. If I smoked in the room I would gladly pay the fee since those are the rules but since I didn’t I see as the just stole my money. Any respectable business would at least reach out to the customer to talk about it but not this one. If you like being robbed of your hard earned money then stay here, if not I’d recommend driving another exit to stay at a place that won’t take advantage of you.
