It took almost two hour before our order was "Baking", we called and were told the order was on its way out the door when it in fact wasn't. We were waiting outside the store soon after only to see the tracker correctly reflecting the order as it was leaving the store well after the store employee on the phone told us it had left the store 40minutes prior. I then tried calling the store 4 times to contact a manager and was hung up on. Finally decided to just go to the store and the issue was not taken seriously, assistant manager tried excusing it and told us not to order from that location anymore since they always are busy which wasn't the issue. We are appalled that they would lie to us not once but twice over the phone, but also once to my face. If we ever order from there again we will be doing carry out only. I hope Kenneth gets compensated for any tips he may have lost due to coworkers not being truthful. I should have asked for a full refund but I didn't hope this is taken as a learning experience.

Always such awful service.. Manager is very unhelpful and has an attitude while trying to find a solution, always gives the same excuses (which never makes any sense -coming from someone who works in the food industry) The food always takes at least 90 minutes to arrive, yet they tell you 40-50 minutes max. The order is constantly wrong, and the food always arrives cold. I never have problems with any other dominos locations so avoid this one at all costs! Worst order/delivery experiences I’ve ever had.

Food goes in the oven just before delivery so it is always freshly baked and hot. (Don't listen to the "my food was cold" reviewers, that's a bunch of extremely suspicious bologna. I had to take care not to burn my fingers under the box every time I handed a customer his food. The delivery bags hold in the steam!) Carryout orders get prioritized so customers don't have to stand around waiting; most customers use the app so they arrive perfectly on time to collect their meal (that's pretty nifty). Best employment experience I have had in Delaware. In my opinion, the best Dominos team in Delaware. My coworkers were very experienced and hardly ever made mistakes. I remember only two times when we didn't catch an order mixup and both times there was an understandable reason (just trust me on that). The team, especially management, works criminally long hours per week for less than minimum wage (taxes are absurd, and people are working about 70 or more hours a week for pittance) yet maintains a clean store and pretty good morale. Great people here; everyone was very respectful, polite, pleasant, and helpful. Delivery areas are probably the best in the state. The traffic is heavy, which is tiring and dangerous to drive in all the time until 1 am every night. If you deliver at night, bring a flashlight because some destinations don't leave the light on so you can even see the house number... Yeah lol customers have no full perspective, but I didn't meet any overtly mean or disrespectful customers while working at this specific Dominos store. In this economic warfare COVID communist-socialist period when people would rather be unemployed, every Dominos is looking for help. I was even asked to set my own hours of availability! If you want to get some fun experience working at Dominos, apply to this particular store.

I'm going to order from Mario's next time. Their pizza is more expensive but it's better and has never taken so long or arrived cold. Waited an hour and forty minutes. That's an hour and twenty minutes after the "quality check" was done (you failed, check again). My food arrived cold. I called to ask where it was probably an hour in to waiting. I got no apology just a "yours is next out." The driver didn't really care either. Thanks Dominos. Of course I left this feedback in your app asking for a refund but I probably won't get it. If I do, I'll update this.

Please be advised I dine out at the Middletown Domino's Pizza Restaurant on Highway 896. I also dine out at the Glasgow Domino's Pizza Restaurant and both locations are fantastic and customer service is very friendly and professional. The food is always Hot and Delicious. See reviews for the above locations. So enreguards to you're questions and concerns for the Domino's Pizzeria on Pulaski Hwy in Newark, Delaware I can't comment because that location I haven't visit. Also if I may add whenever you have a bad experience or problem at any Food Franchise you should register your complaints and concerns to higher management such as corporate office or their headquarters. You may be compensated for your troubles.
