Absolutely love it here. The community is very friendly and a few of my neighbors introduced themselves right away and made me feel welcome. The surrounding neighborhood is safe The property is kept clean and the amenities are great! The office staff is responsive and very friendly and are actually willing to work with you to get you exactly what you need. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Paying for a apartment with a washer and dryer. My washer broke over a month ago and I put in a ticket right away. Still don’t have a wash machine. I’ve been told 2 times someone would be there and they never bothered to show up. These are not luxury apartments. Maintenance is horrible and most of the tenants don’t have jobs. My whole building smells like weed. It was nice when I moved here 3 years ago. Now it’s a dump in disrepair. Sad.

We have had nothing but issues since we moved in in 2019. You can never get ahold of maintenance or ANYONE in the office. You leave multiple messages and you get no return phone calls. I had to finally email the regional manager to get responses to get our heater fixed after it was broken for 6 months and about getting the black mold taken care of. NOW we are on a WEEK with NO WORKING STOVE. Multiple messages left with on call, multiple messages left with the answering service. No contact information for the new owners. This is sickening that people have to live like this and having no one to contact or reach out too is sad. I’m hoping this review will get me in contact with someone from the apartment complex. Do not move here, You have been warned.
