Waited over 20 minutes to be served when the restaurant was near empty. After finally getting service, everything was great. Wings were very tasty and beer was cold. Prices are a little on the high side, but most places are now a days.

4 stars only because... When we first came in the guy told us 5min wait for a table and then forgot us and never came back up to the front... But once we were seated... We had an awesome waiter.. he had great suggestions.. he was nice funny and friendly... He even put us on to eating the cheese bites using carmel sauce as a dip... And when I tell you... Omg.. it tasted amazing... The drinks were great and u could actually taste the liquor unlike most restaurants so that was a major plus.... All the food was delicious... We cleared the plates.. the tacos were perfect for our first time trying them... All the wings were cooked perfect and tasted amazing... I would definitely recommend this location... And we will definitely be going back again... I wish I remembered the waiter name because he was amazing best waiter we ever had.. hope we get him again.. he made our night great

Enjoyable time, only my second time being at a BWW. This location was very clean and seemed pretty new. Waitress was very friendly and attentive. Tons of tvs perfect for watching different sporting events. Wasn't too busy when we first got in but started to fill up when we left at about 3 on a Saturday. Enjoyed my meal, the brisket sandwich, we also got the house sampler starter which was good with a good assortment of starters.

I had an ok time here. My waitress was very good. She made my experience good which I gave 2 stars for. She was very polite and provided me with all my request. As for the staff in the kitchen. I don't know if they were on some stuff working but I asked for bone in Tennessee hot wings and they made me boneless. My waitress quickly got them to make the bone in wings but they came with no sauce on them just plain dry old wings. In the picture I provided you can clearly see the sticker for Tennessee hot but the wings have not an ounce of sauce on them. I was given celery as well so I can have some veggies but let me tell you I bit one and I was done. I had to spit it back out. The celery was frozen, I repeat (FROZEN) and like Elsa I had to let them go. I could taste the ice on them. They came straight from the freezer. I don't normally write bad reviews but c'mon guys get it together. like I said the waitress was good but the kitchen staff was not. The rest of the food was pretty good and the fries were ok. Nice atmosphere though.
